These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cricexe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cricexe website located at cricexe.net, including all associated products, services, features, and content (collectively, "the Service"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Service, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

cricexe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, cricexe will notify registered users via the contact email associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence. All communications between cricexe and users shall be conducted in English.

The Service is made available exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial use of the Service, including but not limited to systematic extraction of odds data, automated betting programmes, or use of the platform to facilitate gambling on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.

The cricexe Service is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cricexe operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited, and any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held in the account will be withheld pending investigation.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been legally declared incompetent to manage their own affairs are not permitted to use the Service.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have previously self-excluded from cricexe or any other gambling platform where the self-exclusion is still in effect. Attempting to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Active Restriction: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory gambling restriction order that prohibits your use of online betting services.

cricexe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

To access the full range of cricexe services, users must register a single personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. cricexe accepts no liability for service interruptions, failed transactions, or missed communications that result from a user's failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party who accessed your account through your credentials — is your sole responsibility. cricexe is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where that unauthorised access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the cricexe support team immediately via live chat. cricexe will investigate all reports of suspected unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further activity during the investigation.

All financial transactions on the cricexe platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cricexe supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), and select debit card providers including Visa and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be added or removed from time to time at the sole discretion of cricexe.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the user's account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• cricexe does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The account name used for the payment must match the registered name on the cricexe account.
• cricexe reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, subject to technical availability. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect user funds.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days. cricexe endeavours to process withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts on the same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
• cricexe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, including requesting identity documents or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within five (5) business days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• All bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus funds can be processed.

Anti-Money Laundering

cricexe is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored, and cricexe reserves the right to freeze account funds and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder, where required by applicable law.

All bets and wagers placed on the cricexe platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and a general rule in this section, the specific game rule shall take precedence.

Sports Betting

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been assigned and displayed to the user. Bets for which no reference number is displayed must not be assumed to have been placed.
• Void Bets: cricexe reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable error in the odds has occurred, where the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, or where the integrity of the event or the bet is called into question.
• Cricket Markets: For BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and other cricket competitions, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BPL, ICC, BCCI). In-play bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined — due to data feed delays — will be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings limits apply per sport and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market and may be updated from time to time.

Casino & Live Casino

• All casino games provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are governed by the rules of the respective game provider as well as these Terms.
• cricexe uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game hand or round in progress at the time of disconnection will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. cricexe is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.

cricexe offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to verified, active accounts in good standing. Accounts that are under investigation, restricted, or subject to self-exclusion are not eligible to claim or benefit from promotional offers.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion detail page. cricexe will not process a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonus Abuse: cricexe operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; hedging bonus bets across accounts; placing bets with artificially low risk for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements; and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the promotion will be automatically removed from the account balance. cricexe will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• Modification and Withdrawal: cricexe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already claimed the bonus, the bonus terms applicable at the time of claiming will remain in effect for that user's existing bonus balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cricexe platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information during registration or verification; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; attempting to reverse legitimate deposits via chargeback fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes, whether in casino games, sports betting, or any other product offered on the platform.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome, or participating in any arrangement to influence the result of a sporting event for betting purposes. cricexe cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies including the ICC and BPL governing authority.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent from cricexe.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, malfunctions, or system vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will not be paid.
• Underage Use: Registering or attempting to use the Service if you are under the age of 18, or allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account.

cricexe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their cricexe account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing voluntary closure, cricexe will confirm the request by sending a verification communication to the registered email address. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the user's registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be possible. cricexe will not send promotional communications to self-excluded users during their exclusion period.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of an account — whether voluntary, self-exclusion-based, or initiated by cricexe — these Terms shall continue to apply to any outstanding obligations, disputes, or claims that arose prior to the date of closure. Sections relating to prohibited conduct, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability survive account closure indefinitely.
